You can change. Your attitude can be significantly altered by a daily meditation practice and you can break the patterns that aren’t serving you so that you can find mindfulness and happiness in every aspect of your life.
Join Maro for this six-week Introduction to Meditation Workshop held via Zoom. Classes meet once a week from Wednesday, January 6th through Wednesday, February 10th from 7 until 8 pm.
